Guide and Instruction

Background : 

• This Ministry conducts a series of inter-art institute competitions on the conservation, perpetuation, and development of local arts.

Purposes :

• To provide an opportunity to the talented children to identify and develop their talents by holding an annual dance and music competition among the art institutes to preserve and preserve the traditional local art and to encourage the new generation.
• Preserving, developing, and directing the new generation to the local dance and music tradition.
• Creating new designs.
• By developing a social understanding of the field of art, generating love, and drawing more people to it.

This competition is held as a district dance, provincial dance, and provincial music competition. The general conditions applicable to the competition, the conditions relevant to the dance and music competitions, and the application forms are attached herewith.

I kindly request you to inform the art institutes belonging to the Divisional Secretariat Division and submit the relevant applications with the recommendation of the Divisional Secretary to our Ministry.
