No-pay leave for a foreign employment
(Section 16 of Chapter XII of the Establishments Code)

| 6 | Letter from the Head of the Department stating that an internal program has been implemented to cover the duties and the letter of consent to cover the duties |
| 7 | Form introduced by the Secretariat of the Governor for leaving the island |
| 8 | Written evidence that the loan balances have been settled |
| 9 | Whether disciplinary inquiries exist / intend to be held |
| 10 | Recommendation of the Head of the relevant Department |
| 11 | Confirmation / non-confirmation in the post |
| 12 | Certified clear copies of National Identity Card and Passport |
| 13 | Signatures and official seals at the designated places of the relevant documents |
